Celebrating our Anniversary, we sought a resort near Bangalore for a relaxing day trip. We discovered Mango Mist Resort, offering a perfect day outing option that aligned with our desire for a hassle-free experience. Sometimes, you simply want someone else to handle the logistics – to just be present and let the rest unfold. This is my honest review of our Mango Mist day outing in Bangalore.

Located on Bannerghatta-Anekal Road, this resort offers a tranquil escape from the bustling city of Bangalore. Surrounded by lush greenery, it provides a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for a memorable day trip. While accommodation options are available, making it suitable for corporate events and group outings with a range of team-building activities, weekdays are particularly ideal for couples seeking a peaceful day outing.

Stepping into Mango Mist, you’re immediately enveloped in a vibrant atmosphere. Lush green mango trees dominate the landscape, while vibrant hibiscus flowers reach towards the sky, framing the arched entranceway and creating a truly captivating sight.

Spread across a vast expanse, the resort offers abundant opportunities for photography with stunningly unique architectural backdrops. Beautifully landscaped gardens, rustic cottages, and charming pathways all contribute to the resort’s allure. A delightful addition is the romantic paddle boat experience within the picturesque setting of the resort grounds.

Mango Mist offers more than just relaxation and delicious food; it’s an adventure hub. With activities ranging from water slides and zorbing to archery and rock climbing, there’s something for everyone. Mist Dance is a truly unique experience. Whether you’re a couple seeking a romantic getaway or attending a corporate event, Mist Dance is an absolute must-try.

Guests receive coupons based on their chosen package. We were allotted 20 coupons in total – ten each – which we used to enjoy various activities within the resort. Below is a list of available activities and their corresponding coupon requirements.

Food and Beverages – Mango Mist Day outing in Bangalore Review

No day outing is complete without delicious food, and Mango Mist certainly delivers in this regard. With a diverse range of dining options, including a buffet featuring a blend of local and international cuisines, it’s a true delight for any food enthusiast.

A highlight of our experience was the variety of food stalls offering delicious options like pizza, pani puri, and chaat. The overall ambiance was enhanced by the picturesque setting – the resort is beautifully situated amidst a water body and tall trees, creating a close-to-nature experience.

High Tea

In our day package, we also had High Tea covered. To our surprise, they again had some tempting snacks to enjoy with Tea / Coffee / Soda Water for us.

They have a range of packages available to suit one’s need and budget. From Full Day to half to even three quarter to Night packages, they call it Lunch and Dinner packages.
