This was our Anniversary, and we had been looking for a resort which offers a day outing not very far from home, Bangalore. We stumbled upon this property, Mango Mist Resort. It had Day outing option perfectly matching our requirement for a quick, no brainer kind of selection. At times, you just want someone else to take care of everything. All you want to do is just be there and rest is taken care of. So, here is my honest “Mango Mist day outing in Bangalore Review”.

This is a resort, situated at Bannerghatta-Anekal Road, a perfect weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of Bangalore city. Nestled amidst lush greenery is a perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for a memorable day outing. Though, they do have stay options, a good choice for corporate / group outings as well, with a variety of in-camp team-building activity options. Weekdays are more ideal for couples who want to enjoy a peaceful day outing.

Ambiance of Mango Mist Resort

As soon as you step into Mango Mist, the first thing that you notice is lush green Mango trees surrounding the campus. The sky reaching Hibiscus, following the arched gateway at the entrance, is a treat to eyes.

Spread over a vast area, the resort has plenty of spaces for anyone to find a photographic spot with stunningly unique architectural themed backdrops for a picture perfect. The beautifully landscaped gardens, the rustic cottages, and the charming pathways, all add to the allure of this amazing resort. And not to forget about the romantic paddle boating experience in a picturesque setting within the campus, is absolutely a fun addition.

Mango Mist is not just about having a relaxed day, with some mouthwatering good food, but also a hub for adventure lovers. With options ranging from Water Slides to Zorbing to archery to Rock Climbing and many more. Mist dance is a different world experience. Whether you are a couple or out for a corporate event, Mist dance is something that cannot be missed.

I think, no day outing is complete without good food, and Mango Mist scores well in this category as well. With a variety of dining options, including a buffet spread with a mix of local and international cuisines is definitely a treat for any foodie.

What we loved the most was the food stalls with options like Pizza, Pani Puri, chaat, etc. The overall setup built across the water body and tall trees sets the ambience close to nature.

High Tea

In our day package, we also had High Tea covered. To our surprise, they again had some tempting snacks to enjoy with Tea / Coffee / Soda Water for us.

They have a range of packages available to suite one’s need and budget. From Full Day to half to even three quarter to Night packages, they call it Lunch and Dinner packages.

Again, one can get spoiled by choices available to choose from for a relaxed fun filled stay at the resort. With the Christmas and New year celebrations approaching, this definitely is going to be a brilliant option so near to Bangalore.
