Resorts offering Day Outing
Picking the perfect resort can be a jungle of brochures and conflicting reviews. Let me cut through the thicket! I’ve recently explored few fantastic resorts near Bangalore, and I’m thrilled to share my firsthand experience so you can find the perfect match for your next getaway.
Galibore Nature Camp
Galibore Nature Camp, a serene Jungle Lodges haven nestled amidst the Cauvery River’s charm, redefines the Bangalore day trip. Forget bland options; Galibore boasts stunning ambiance, nature at its doorstep, delicious meals, and unique activities like coracle rides (yes, with the occasional crocodile sighting!). Corporate ropes courses take a backseat to nature walks and adventures inspired by the river’s rhythm. Perfect for nature-loving couples/families seeking a peaceful escape, Galibore is a complete package – serenity, adventure, and a connection to the natural world. Every penny spent is a whisper of paradise found.
During our visit, we chose to stay overnight, and we did not regret that. Some pictures from our visit to get you inspired to visit this wonderland.
A vibrant red mud path, your gateway to 8km of off-road bliss, parallels the enchanting Cauvery River. Online booking is your key to unlocking this paradise; the checkpoint bars entry to impromptu explorers. We paused, savoring the path’s serene beauty, the river’s magic captivating our gaze. Reaching the camp, we were swept away by its charming aura. Picture-perfect nooks invite shutterbugs, while the Gol Ghar beckons with a symphony of culinary delights. Overflowing plates, brimming with diverse flavors, are a delectable guarantee.
One can book the Day visit/ Stay online from Jungle Lodges website.
Mangomist day outing
This is another good option for adventure seekers or those who prefer a peaceful place but yet open for few engaging activities. Mangomist resort, has many Day Outing packages to choose from and is definitely worth trying. Palatable culinary choices enhance the overall experience. You can explore the Archery counter or go for Rock Climbing or opt for a peaceful Paddle boating or Kayaking with your partner.
